Precautions for installation and use of magnetic stirring reactor

1. Before the magnetic stirring reactor is started, the cooling water is introduced into the outer water jacket of the magnetic stirrer. The lower end is the water inlet and the upper end is the water outlet. A separate cooling water system should be used. The cooling water is not allowed to pass through the cooling tray in the kettle. The tube then enters the cooling water jacket of the magnetic stirrer.

2. When the magnetic stirring reaction kettle is transported and installed in place, avoid the magnetic stirrer on the upper part of the kettle lid. The reactor operation room requires good ventilation and meets explosion-proof requirements. Install the unit on the bracket and level it with the inclined iron on the four supports to keep the equipment perpendicular to the ground. Anti-static grounding devices should be installed on the flammable and explosive equipment of the reaction medium to eliminate static electricity.

3. Matching gaskets are selected according to the magnetic stirring reactor medium, design pressure and design temperature. Sealing gasket shall be installed between the kettle body and the kettle lid, the magnetic stirrer and the kettle lid, and the flanges of each pipe, and the bolts shall be tightened again. When tightening the bolts, the bolts should be tightened evenly according to the principle of diagonal distribution, and should be tightened 2~3 times to prevent the bolts from being deflected and the sealing gaskets from affecting the sealing effect.

4. If it is a high-temperature, high-speed magnetic stirrer, add lubricating oil to the bearing oil filling port before use. Regularly add lubricating oil from the oil filling hole in the future use.

5. Due to the harsh working environment of the magnetic stirring reactor, the service life of the bearing and the bushing will be seriously affected. If the equipment is in abnormal operation, such as abnormal friction or vibration, it means that the friction gap of the bearing or bushing is too large, and it needs to be replaced immediately. .

6. The equipment supporting control cabinet and frequency converter should be placed in a separate, electrically controlled workshop with good ventilation and ventilation.

7. Jog the motor and observe the positive and negative rotation of the stirring shaft in the kettle. If the motor is re-adjusted or re-adjust the inverter.

8. The fuel tank of the reducer should be added with No. 13 compressor oil or No. 11 cylinder oil. The oil level should be added to the specified mark and the oil should be changed regularly.

9. After the above work of the magnetic stirring reactor is completed, the sealing test is carried out according to the working pressure, and the inert gas is kept for 15 to 30 minutes to check whether the whole equipment is leaked. If there is no leakage, it can be put into production.

10. When all valves are in use, the closing should not be too strong to avoid damage to the sealing surface.

11. After the magnetic stirring reactor is charged, the pressure rise must be carried out slowly. In the same way, the pressure in the kettle should be gradually reduced.

12. When the stirring speed of the magnetic stirring reaction kettle is greater than 80r/min, the motor cannot be started directly at the working speed. The stirring speed should be increased slowly by the inverter. Otherwise, the resistance of the agitator is too large, resulting in overload of the magnetic stirring reactor causing agitation damage or burning the motor.
